Eczema Help
As a mother of two with eczema I know exactly what you mean.
We have had a few good days and it felt so good – but when they arrived from school and kindergarden they both were full rash all over.
You can have a look at our everyday life at our blogg. Even thought it is in norwegian I think you get a picture of the kids disease.
Hope your skin will get better very soon.
Hello you … know all about this. I have learned to not get too excited when he kids look good, since the next day it can be ten times worse than the day before.
We live day by day, and treat the skin 2-3 times a day to prevent the eczema to break out.
The kids have lived with eczema since they were born and I’ very interessted to read about your days as an adult with this disease.
You can have a look into our blog,I write in Norewgian but the pic will tell you a lot.
Will add you to my links – so I will be back.
It is so annoying I just kind of ignore it. I used to just have the ‘dead skin’ looking patches on my arms, but they went away and now I have these horrible red bumpy patches on my legs and torso that itch like crazy. I should probably treat them, but when they start to go away more come back or the old one flares up again. I know elcon cream works well for a lot of stuff, but I’m not sure if it has steroids in it or not.
Anyway, I feel your pain! This is the first site I actually found a picture of what I have, it looks just like what’s on your hand picture. Its like a cluster of little bumps and sometime there are stray bumps around it. It just happened all of a sudden. Anyways, that’s for all the info on your blog, I’m gonna try and finally get rid of this.
*thanks for all the info
I use a natural, organic cream called Aloe & Marigold from a brand called KuK Organics.
It’s made my skin smooth, soft and is now giving me an even skin tone.
Good luck
Have you tried a raw paleolithic diet?
Please add my blog on your blog roll www . eczemacure . info / blog /
This might sound weird, and I don’t know how common tanning beds are outside of the US, but I had a terrible outbreak of very itchy eczema all over my body my first year of college and I tried everything: oral steroids, cortizone cream, moisturization, EVERYTHING. The one thing that finally helped me was actually laying in the tanning bed. I was all cleared up within a few days (laying just two times). Sitting in the sun on a day where the sun is powerful enough would probably have the same effect. Hope this helps somebody.
And I thought I was the only one suffering with eczema! I feel you guys’ pain too! I’m so frustrated because, like Ashley said, when they start to go away, the old ones flare up or I get them on another spot. I have been using “Betamethasone” and it’s good and bad. The good this is that it dries up the bumps. The bad thing is it dries up my skin so fast that it cracks. So, I went back to my doctor, she prescribed “Elidel”. This is one is better as far as keeping my skin moisturized but it doesn’t work as fast as the Betamethasone. I really hope they find a cure for this one fast.
I know the feeling… the kids can go to bed almost eczema free and we can wake up the next morning to read and ichy skin.
First time I’ve been visiting your blog.. will read my way back and learn about your eczema.

Perhaps you need to try using prevention rather than treatment. The answer lies in your diet, the type of cleaning products and soaps you come in contact with. It’s also important to keep the house clean so that there is nothing in the house that will lead to a flare up.
Dear All,
I am working in the analytical laboratory for over 20 years, my both hands have the eczema for 10 years. I visited a lot of dermatologist’s offices, but my hands are never cured. The doctors gave me some prescription drugs such as hydrocostisone 2.5%, Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1%, betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% (Brand name Diprosone; Diprolene). I use all of these steroids above, but it doesn’t make my hands better. Three months ago, when I was doing the research in my laboratory, I read about the nutrition and eczema. I found out the vitamin combination could help the eczema, after that, I came up with the vitamin formulation. I start to take my formulation every day, after one month, my hands are improved 30% and after 3 months, they are improved 70%. Til now, I still take the vitamin formula every day. In one research, the researcher said, I need to take the vitamins for at least 11 months to get clear out, and continue to take vitamins to prevent the eczema. I would like to share this with you and hopefully, it also help you.
