Interesting hand pic you got, it gave me many memories of weeping, oozy scabs on my hands and face. The first culprit was powdered latex gloves which led to full body impetigo. Then I started getting more sensitivities which led to lanolin reactions. I found the main culprit when my sister-in-law wanted to help me out and gave me pure lanolin that she used for breastfeeding. My hands blew up immediately. I have to read lotions and common soaps very carefully. Interesting enough if i use alcohol gels to clean my hands it isn't so irritating. The dryness is good, don't keep it covered up.
